Magical oxygen: Tuning Cu&Ag nanoporous membrane into nanoporous (Cu&Ag)@Ag core-shell alloy

چکیده

Metallic glasses are perfect materials for preparing nanostructures by dealloying, but the obtained commonly of porous structures. Through combination chemical dealloying and ultrasonic vibration, ultrathin Cu&Ag bimetallic nanoporous membranes (NPMs) have been prepared from a Zr48Cu36Ag8Al8 MG ribbon. Furthermore, introducing oxygen into ribbon to change mechanism process, (Cu&Ag)@Ag core-shell alloy was synthesized one-pot Zr–Cu–Ag–Al–O amorphous/crystalline composite, which provides new way prepare metallic core–shell method. The can enable dissolution redeposition Cu, tunes NPM alloy. exhibits better robust antibacterial activity against E. Coli DH5? due its oxidation resistance caused Ag skin. present work important insights tuning through simple dealloying.
